Oracle introduces marketing services that have fed Big Data
Oracle has launched three new services this week that have introduced cloud technology to help businesses better use Big Data to sell their products and services.
The first new service provides a rich government that can be used to produce sales. The second service focuses on drawing insights from customer feedback. The third service helps educational institutions communicate better with students.
Oracle’s data services for marketing provide 3 million profiles of business users and companies that B2B companies can use to gain new customers and better understand their potential customers.
Customers can learn about the type of employees of each company and can also learn about the company’s sales size, company age and other appropriate factors.
Oracle has built its profile list in partnership with large business customer data providers, including Dun & Bradstreet and Madison Logic.
Oracle customers can access the list through a data management platform that is part of Oracle’s marketing cloud.
Oracle also provides services to help you get more information from your feedback. The name of the service is Oracle Data Services for Customer Intelligence, a service that provides company executives with a more accurate and better picture of how customers think about their products or services. The service also uses data collected by companies that use the service and also uses the seven million social networking messages Oracle has collected daily. This service analyzes 20 different languages. Customer intelligence services also provide early insights into corporate executives about new trends and growing concerns among customers.
Oracle also launched a new cloud marketing service specifically targeted at educational institutions. Oracle’s marketing cloud for student involvement helps drive the marketing campaign to attract more students, as well as help universities and educational institutions strive to increase the retention rate of those already enrolled. University of New Brunswick, a Canadian university, is a typical early adopter of this service. The service combines a single, focused package with several existing Oracle cloud services such as Oracle Content Marketing, Social Relationship Management, Customer Relationship Management, and App Cloud.
Oracle’s service is one of Oracle’s cloud marketing services designed for specific industries. Other packages include sports, entertainment, production, insurance, property management, nonprofit, and life sciences.
The new service was introduced this week at a conference for Oracle application users in Nashville.
